Effective date: 18 July 2026

Applies to: dev-web.spontaneousenterprise.com (the Spontaneous Enterprise corporate website). Does not govern our separate product websites or services hosted on other domains.

1. Scope

This page explains how to submit a privacy-related request concerning personal information processed through the Spontaneous Enterprise corporate website at dev-web.spontaneousenterprise.com.

Requests relating to our product websites or customer environments should be directed through the privacy or support channels provided on those respective services.

2. Your rights

Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Further detail is provided in our Privacy Policy.

3. How to submit a request

Email our Grievance Officer at hello@spontaneousenterprise.com.

When contacting us, please:

  • clearly state that your message is a privacy or data subject request;
  • describe the right you wish to exercise and the information concerned;
  • provide sufficient detail for us to identify relevant records relating to this website; and
  • include contact details so we can respond to your request.

We do not accept identity documents by unsolicited email attachment. If verification is required, we will provide secure instructions separately.

You may also use our Contact page and clearly mark the message as a privacy request; privacy emails sent to the address above are the preferred channel.

4. What happens next

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — typically within 30 days where the GDPR applies, and as promptly as practicable under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — subject to any permitted extensions. We may need to ask for additional information to verify your identity or clarify the scope of your request.

Privacy requests are handled separately from sales or marketing enquiries and are routed to our Grievance Officer.
